Conference Set Up :

- Room set up by class room

- During the Opening ceremony on stage will provide 18 chairs with half square

- 18 Stick of flag we be bring by student during opening

- Each room wil provide 1 head table and chairs

- 1 LCD projector + 2 Microphones + 1 Screen

Booking Methode

- Conference booking will be trough official website and email

Billing Instruction

- 10% deposite should be settled upon signed the contract on March 11, 2018

- Additional 40% deposite should be settled by the latest on 15th September 2018 from estimated cost.

- And the balance payment should be settled by the last on 24th November 2018
